1.       Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Collabowave, you confirm that you have read,understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain fromusing our services.

2.       Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enterinto a binding agreement to use our services. By using Collabowave, yourepresent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3.       Account Registration To access certain features, you may be required to register for anaccount. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of youraccount credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify usimmediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4.       Subscription and Fees Collabowave operates on an annual subscription basis. The currentsubscription fee is $96 per user per year. By subscribing, you agree to pay allapplicable fees and charges. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

‍a.       We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license toaccess and use Collabowave for personal or business use, subject to theseTerms.
b.       You may not: (i) modify, copy, or distribute our software; (ii) useCollabowave for any unlawful purposes; or (iii) attempt to access our systems beyond the authorized areas.

6.       Intellectual Property Collabowave and all materials on our site, including text, graphics,logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors. Unauthorized use orduplication of these materials is prohibited without prior written consent.

‍a.       By using Collabowave, you consent to the collection and use of your dataas outlined in our [Privacy Policy].
b.       You retain ownership of your data, and we agree to use, store, andprocess it solely to provide you with our services, complying with relevantdata protection laws.

8.       Service Availability and Modifications We aim to provide continuous, reliableaccess to Collabowave but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We maymodify, suspend, or terminate services, in whole or in part, at any timewithout liability to you.

9.       Disclaimer of Warranties Collabowave is provided "as-is" and "as available"without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee theaccuracy, reliability, or suitability of the service for any specific purpose.

10.  Limitation of Liability To the fullest extentpermitted by law, Collabowave and its affiliates will not be liable for anydirect, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use ofthe service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.  Indemnification You agree to indemnifyand hold Collabowave harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses,and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of our services orviolation of these Terms.

12.  Governing Law andDispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regardto conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall beresolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario.

13.  Changes to Terms We reserve the rightto update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changesthrough email or our website. Your continued use of Collabowave constitutesacceptance of the revised Terms.
